Halle cheated with performance enhancing drugs to manipulate her voice, character, vulnerability, and personality, to get a role which is why her voice in real life and other performances prior to live action remake doesn’t sound anything like live action remake audition and production itself! Based on demographics of celebrities, the only people who would for these crimes, take advantage, and get away with the law is within the black community. Such a disgrace!

If Disney had to change Halle Bailey with skin prosthetics to align with her red hair, they should have done it, just like the Wayan Brothers in White Chicks (2004) and Eddie Murphy’s movies like The Nutty Professor (1996) and Norbit (2007), they were all black actors that used prosthetics for their movies, even Michael Jackson in Thriller, did it, too bad Disney didn’t even do it and consider it, which was why backlash exists, and Halle doesn’t even care to solve the problem to prevent people from being pissed off because according to her statement, “As a Black Person, it’s not a really shock anymore, you just expect it”, it looks like Halle Bailey likes racism and doesn’t consider it to be a problem, all because her family including her damn self is from South Carolina and based on history, her grandparents faced racism in the Deep South in South Carolina picking cotton and faced racism and Halle Bailey believes racism back then is much worse than racism today, racism is racism, no matter what the generation is, Halle didn’t even give a damn to take care to make things 100% positive, which was what led to racial gap/barrier between animation and live action, polarized audiences, woke drama, and long term negative implications against the legacy of the franchise thanks to race swapping. Rob Marshall is such a knucklehead. He doesn’t even care that voice/talent and original authentic physical appearance are a married couple and connected together. When Rob Marshall sees people complaining, he thinks it is archaic. WTF? Archaic. Nonsense. No matter what the generation, time period, and decade, voice/talent and original authentic physical appearance are married couple and cannot be divorced. It is against the traditional roots of original animated film and disrespectful against the legacy of the franchise. It’s like a rule book. Rules never change just like math. I know why Rob Marshall never had this ideology, because he is gay as hell, and gay directors and producers come up with silly and stupid things in filmmaking. If he is straight and heterosexual and a regular married man, he would have had the ideology I have. Never ever trust gay directors and producers. They will just ruin the entire legacy of the franchise. Never cast anybody who is not in the category of both voice/talent and original/authentic physical appearance that is faithful to original animated film! It is like giving money to a homeless guy begging for change, you refuse, then they give heartfelt pleas, backstories, and sing a song, then give them money. Never ever do that along with adoption. It’s like raising a homeless kid. never ever race swap any animated white female character into a live action black female character. It is disrespectful, offensive, and racist to the original animated film, offends the whites and blacks, and it leads to long term negative impacts of the legacy of the franchise. Diversity has boundaries and they cannot be crossed. Based on the boundaries of diversity, it has conditions that applies to filmmaking, like if this the first time the movie is produced without a movie adaptation made earlier solely on the book or if it is an original idea, then that’s a different story, but since this is a live action remake of an animated film. Things must be aligned with each other. Do you expect Giselle from Enchanted (2007) when transitioning from animation to live action for her race to be swapped? Do you expect Fat Albert from Fat Albert (2004) when transitioning from animation to live action for his race to be swapped! Do you expect NBA Basketball Player Lebron James from Space Jam 2: A New Legacy (2021) when transitioning from live action to animation for his race to be swapped? No. If they did, it would have very disrespectful, racist, and offensive. If this applies to Ariel, it would have been disrespectful, racist, and offensive to the origins of the original animated film. Take a look at the Family Guy episode A Shot in the Dark, after Peter Griffin Shot Cleveland Jr, when Peter wanted to prove he isn’t a racist by painting himself Black and African American in the public of Quahog which demonstrates the concept of race swapping, Lois just beat the crap out of Peter stating it is a racist, offensive, and stupid idea and even demonstrated why. Peter symbolizes Disney, Rob Marshall, and Halle Bailey and her family including musical partner which is her sister Chloe+Friends+Fans+Supporters+Little Black Kids, Lois symbolizes the people standing up against race swapping protecting the traditional roots of original animated film and preventing racial mistakes leading to polarized audiences, woke drama, and racial gap between animation and live action or Lois symbolizes the race swapping police, and Chris and Meg symbolize the people as victims and witnesses seeing the war that was caused by Disney’s most racist mistake by casting Halle as Ariel leading to polarized audience and racial gap and barrier between animation and live action remake and violating diversity. By the time the little black kids who see themselves grow up and discover the truth, they will be offended and accuse Disney for making the most racist mistake ever. Never ever race swap any animated white female characters into live action black female characters. Because of this, Ariel looks like nothing but a homeless drug addict with dreadlocks being a gangster involved with crimes and get in trouble with the law in which Halle’s family and in fact, actually did and based on demographics, the highest quantity of celebrities who go through that are within the black community. This is what led to long term negative impacts against the legacy of the franchise and woke drama. Take a look at South Park: Joining the Panderverse, it explains why race swapping any beloved animated characters for live action remakes are bad ideas and the consequences and long term negative impacts it could have against the legacy of the franchise of the company. If you and Disney seriously think that race swapping an original existing animated female character into black live action versions of themselves will enhance diversity, you are completely wrong. It is disrespectful to traditional roots of original animated film and a breach to diversity. Never ever race swap an original existing animated female character into live action black version of themselves. It is harassment against diversity and inclusivity. Race swapping also symbolizes Disney’s lazy efforts in making something original and not horrible. If you want to promote diversity and inclusivity, do it with new original characters instead of race swapping and changing races of original existing animated female characters into live action black versions of themselves offending the whites and blacks which is racist.

It was fine, not great - practical effects were strong, but the big bad ghost's name is Garraka? - seems like that was a placeholder until a better name was fleshed out. And, they try to retcon canon a bit too much for my taste - like the firehouse being an ancient site that was chosen for it's spiritual significance rather than something they could just barely afford. In fact, in the original film, Egon says the firehouse was not at all suitable, and it was only because Ray liked the firepole that they chose it. Too many characters with nothing to do - Nanjiani was a great addition, but many of the others barely had scene time or any kind of arc. A bit of a mess overall, but worth viewing on Netflix if you have a subscription.

I absolutely love watching the Frozen Empire film ever since I had seen the theatrical release, especially when Slimer had been brought back for it. Plus, the practical effects that had once again been used for Slimer were beyond mind-blowing, next to the practical effects that were used for the Terror Dogs of the Afterlife film. The only one thing that I didn't like is how the Ecto-1 had been given the red stripes that extend to the hood and how the blue hoses had replaced by the silver hoses. But all in all, I still enjoyed it and I'm glad that the Frozen Empire film had been nominated in the 2024 Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards despite that it didn't win in the Favorite Movie category.
